Instructions
  1. Prepare the spicy sauce in a small mixing bowl by whisking together all the SweetSpicy with the sunflower oil, until all the spices have dissolved into the oil. Set aside.
  2. Preheat oven to 350°F
  3. In a medium-sized mixing bowl, crack the eggs and whisk. In a separate medium-sized mixing bowl, add the bread crumbs.
  4. Dip each chicken thigh in the egg mixture, covering it completely, then transfer to the bread crumbs and coat completely. Transfer to a baking sheet (preferably on a silicon baking mat).
  5. Put the baking sheet on the 2nd highest oven rack and bake for 10 minutes. Flip the thighs and return to oven for an additional 5 minutes.
  6. Remove chicken from oven and set oven to broil.
  7. Whisk together the spicy sauce to reconstitute seasonings. Brush the sauce onto the chicken and coat both sides.
  8. Return to oven for 3 minutes. Flip chicken and broil for an additional 3 minutes.
  9. Remove from oven and place fried chicken on a wire rack to cool. Sprinkle with salt.
  10. Transfer to the buns.
  11. Add pickles & coleslaw on top of chicken and place the top bun.
  12. Enjoy!
