ROASTED CAULIFLOWER BUFFALO “WINGS”

A simple, healthy and vegetarian  alternative to traditional chicken wings. Simply roast the cauliflower with SweetSpicy and your favorite hot sauce to create an appetizer that will fly off the plate without any of the guilt.

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F.
  2. In a medium sized bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil till fully coated.
  3. In the same bowl, sprinkle SweetSpicy and pour hot sauce over cauliflower and toss again until fully coated. Then spread out the florets over a foil lined (or silicon mat) baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes. Remove from oven and gently toss the florets and place bake in the oven for an additional 20-30 minutes until it becomes crispy.
  5. Remove from oven and allow cauliflower to cool for 15 minutes before serving.
