SweetSpicy_Salmon

This recipe is inspired by the minimalist salmon preparation from How to Cook Everything cookbook by Mark Bittman. We take his basic salmon preparation and integrate SweetSpicy. The cane sugar (only 17% of the blend) creates a caramelized crust around the salmon and introduces your palate to the smokey heat that is produced by the  California grown cayenne and paprika. This simple recipe creates a rich flavor with minimal ingredients.
